No. The construction site is not authorized to receive or install any material other than that provided for in the property's descriptive memorial.

Legislation requires that some areas, such as the kitchen and bathrooms, must be 100% ready before the building permit can be obtained.

When a choice of coatings is made available, it must be chosen from the entire range on offer, and it is not possible to merge the other options.

We would like to point out that deadlines are negotiated and agreed with the construction companies so as not to affect the construction schedule. It is therefore not possible to make changes after the deadline has passed.

Some developments offer options for changing the floor plan and finishes. These options are generally free of charge and must follow a stipulated timetable. Once you have paid off the outstanding balance of your mortgage, you will be issued with a declaration of discharge. This document must be taken to the RGI (General Real Estate Registry) so that the discharge can be recorded on your property's registration, thus removing the lien of the fiduciary alienation.

Yes. The available dates are the 5th or 10th of each month. This must be requested through the Customer Service channels, which will send an addendum to be signed by the buyers to document the change.

This happens when the customer is registered with DDA (Direct Debit Authorized). If you want to unsubscribe from DDA, contact your bank.

It is now possible to pay boletos after their due date at any bank up to the deadline indicated on your boleto without having to request an updated boleto.
If you have passed this deadline and would like an updated boleto, you can request one through the customer portal by following the steps below.

The condominium installation meeting, better known as the AGI, is a meeting to which the purchasers of autonomous units are invited and whose main objective is to establish the condominium of the newly built development.
