16 Dec Why are there installments or amounts paid with a "partial write-off" status on the statement?

When the customer makes a payment of less than the full amount of their installment, the amounts in the installment are partially written off, generating the status partial write-off. When the remaining amount is paid, it will also have this status on another payment date.
