Direct financing with Opportunity will depend on an updated credit analysis and registration and, once approved, the client's details and the payment method will be sent to the notary's office, which will draw up the Deed of Purchase and Sale with Adjective Pact of Fiduciary Alienation of the property. This deed must then be registered with the relevant real estate registry.
