Memorial de Incorporação is a legal requirement for the sale of real estate during construction and requires the registration of a set of documents with the competent Real Estate Registry Office (RGI). The memorial is public and available for consultation at the registry office. In order to facilitate consultation, the law requires that all publicity relating to the development contains the registration number of the development memorial and the registry office where it was registered.
