16 Dec How do I pay overdue boletos?

It is now possible to pay boletos after their due date at any bank up to the deadline indicated on your boleto without having to request an updated boleto.
If you have passed this deadline and would like an updated boleto, you can request one through the customer portal by following the steps below.
1) Access the website: https://opportunityimobiliario.com.br
2) In the exclusive area, click on 'access here'. Fill in the user and password fields with your CPF/CNPJ number, if this is your first time accessing the site. (Do not put dots or slashes in the CPF/CNPJ, only numbers)
3) Click on your name that will appear on the screen. If you have more than one property, select the contract you wish to consult
4) In the main menu, click on the option to request a duplicate of your payment slip and select the date of payment. That's it! You will receive your boleto in your e-mail within 24 working hours.
Please note that the duplicate boleto(s) will be made available by e-mail and on the Customer Portal for printing within 24 working hours for requests made before 5pm on working days. For all other requests, slips will be available for printing within 48 working hours.
