16 Dec Can I bring forward installments or amounts in my contract?

Yes, it's very easy! Access the Customer Portal.
1) Access the site: https://opportunityimobiliario.com.br
2) In the exclusive area, click on "access here". Fill in the user and password fields with your CPF/CNPJ number, if it's your first time logging in. (Do not put dots or slashes in the CPF/CNPJ, only numbers)
3 Click on your name that will appear on the screen, or if you have more than one contract, choose which one you want to consult.
6) In the main menu, click on the anticipation icon.
7) Select the installments you want to advance, indicating the date for payment (the amounts will be calculated according to the date), remembering that in descending order, you get a greater economic benefit. Once you have made your selection, click on Proceed. A bill of exchange will be generated for the total amount paid in advance, due on the date chosen. The next day after the request, the ticket will be available on our Customer Portal, following the same path as above, by clicking on "my advance payments".
Please note that requests must be made by 5:30 p.m. in order for the slips to be available the following day.
