It's a system that allows customers to receive their boletos electronically instead of by post.
The DDA sends the payment notice to the bank and the customer chooses how to make the payment. Either via ATM, internet banking, APP or directly at the teller.
The authorized direct debit, as the acronym indicates, must always be authorized by the account holder.
