Development Description

The building was retrofitted with a focus on heritage. It was updated to meet the requirements of buildings with corporate slabs without losing its original characteristics.

Golden Corporate is a unique building on the Rio market, ideal for small and medium-sized companies. Built in the 1940s, the building is part of the Downtown Cultural Corridor, a city hall project to preserve and revitalize downtown Rio. The commercial development, which looks like a classic building, has revitalized its travertine façade and replaced all the window frames to comply with new acoustic and energy efficiency standards. To enhance this architectural ensemble, a specific lighting project was developed to highlight the details of the façade. Corporate slabs from 400 to 1,687 m².

Contemporary and disruptive architecture with privileged views and unbeatable leisure facilities in the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro.

The first residential development in the South Zone to be developed through Design Thinking, a co-creation project designed to deliver a concept that can be transformative both for those who live in the development and for the neighborhood itself.
With a contemporary architectural design, its facade is made up of hanging gardens with plants native to Rio's flora and full-window windows, allowing more natural light to enter and enhancing the privileged view. It has more than 8,000 m² of leisure facilities with a complete infrastructure. Up Gardens and panoramic apartments of 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms with up to 4 suites of up to 204.47 m² and duplex and linear penthouses of up to 339.79 m².
