Development Description

A charming gated community, close to Maracanã and with all the charm of Vila Isabel. Contemporary architecture and more than 1,600m² of complete leisure space.

The Gift offers more than 15 leisure options for all ages: a movie theater, gym, swimming pool with barbecue area, large party room and many others. The project was developed using the language of contemporary architecture and facades with ceramic tiles on the balconies. In the living room and bedrooms, the difference is the 2.70m ceiling height, which ensures more airy and well-lit environments. There are 2 and 3-bedroom apartments ranging from 63 to 99m². There are also two 154m² garden apartments with gourmet benches and swimming pools.

The first residential development in the South Zone to be developed through Design Thinking, a co-creation project designed to deliver a concept that can be transformative both for those who live in the development and for the neighborhood itself.
With a contemporary architectural design, its facade is made up of hanging gardens with plants native to Rio's flora and full-window windows, allowing more natural light to enter and enhancing the privileged view. It has more than 8,000 m² of leisure facilities with a complete infrastructure.
