Development Description

The retrofit project combined design with innovative technologies to update the architecture and infrastructure of the commercial building built in the 50s.

On one of the most prized corners of Avenida Rio Branco in the center of Rio de Janeiro, one of the main achievements was to carry out the work while the building was in operation. On the façade, the concrete slabs have been replaced by glass panels that flood the floors with natural light, opening them up to the view and even making it possible to see Praça Mauá. The floors, which used to be compartmentalized into small rooms, have been opened up into open space areas. Corporate slabs from 250 to 294m².
Delivered in 2017.

The first residential development in the South Zone to be developed through Design Thinking, a co-creation project designed to deliver a concept that can be transformative both for those who live in the development and for the neighborhood itself.
With a contemporary architectural design, its facade is made up of hanging gardens with plants native to Rio's flora and full-window windows, allowing more natural light to enter and enhancing the privileged view. It has more than 8,000 m² of leisure facilities with a complete infrastructure. Up Gardens and panoramic apartments of 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms with up to 4 suites of up to 204.47 m² and duplex and linear penthouses of up to 339.79 m².
