Development Description

Traditional and modern come together in this development. Three residential towers coexist with a 1937 building, forming a harmonious architectural ensemble with a complete leisure structure.

The fusion of architectural styles has given Bella Tijuca a unique and charming atmosphere. Located in one of Rio de Janeiro's most traditional neighborhoods, a modern and functional residential condominium was developed on the same site as a listed house that functioned throughout its existence as a school. This architecture was restored by the development and put back to educational use.
