Development Description

Corporate tower, with contemporary architectural lines, located in the central business area of Rio de Janeiro, with 21 floors and two front façades.

The Visconde de Inhaúma was designed with an architecture that emphasizes monumentality and sobriety of form, with simple, straight lines, angled façade details and large glass surfaces. The triple-height entrance hall favors natural lighting and the lightness of the space. Corporate slabs from 540 to 1,250m².

The first residential development in the South Zone to be developed through Design Thinking, a co-creation project designed to deliver a concept that can be transformative both for those who live in the development and for the neighborhood itself.
