With its contemporary architecture, Riserva Praia do Canto offers a whole new experience of living, socializing and exploring the city.

On the best street in the Praia do Canto neighborhood, the project is integrated into its surroundings through an arrival square that broadens the perspective of Constante Sodré and connects the two 23-storey towers to the basement access. Riserva is the first intelligent residential development in Espírito Santo and was delivered with automation in the common and private areas, as well as being one of the winners of the Destaque Ademi- ES award in 2015. It delivered a complete leisure area with lighting, refrigeration and electronic equipment controlled by cell phone, offering more practicality in everyday life. There were 4,500m² of leisure and landscaping with 26 items, including a tennis court and swimming pool with lane. The façades are imposing and light with large porcelain tiles, which give the development modernity and resistance. All-suite apartments with balconies integrated into the living rooms, creating a large and pleasant social space, in units of 160 and 190m².
