Development Description

The corporate building's structure is highlighted by the glass façade, which stands out in the region due to its residential surroundings.

This corporate building is located at the entrance to the Península district, a strategic point next to major shopping and leisure centers. Ideal for giving employees, partners and clients more flexibility in their daily lives. In the architecture, special glass was used on the façade that improves energy performance and helps reduce the use of artificial light by allowing natural light to pass through. In addition, the concrete structure that accompanies the second floors opens at the crown, challenging engineering by allowing the last floors to be supported on the overhanging slab. Corporate slabs from 223 to 254m².

The first residential development in the South Zone to be developed through Design Thinking, a co-creation project designed to deliver a concept that can be transformative both for those who live in the development and for the neighborhood itself.
With a contemporary architectural design, its facade is made up of hanging gardens with plants native to Rio's flora and full-window windows, allowing more natural light to enter and enhancing the privileged view. It has more than 8,000 m² of leisure facilities with a complete infrastructure. Up Gardens and panoramic apartments of 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms with up to 4 suites of up to 204.47 m² and duplex and linear penthouses of up to 339.79 m².
