Located on Rua do Passeio, next to the Cinelândia metro station, Passeio Corporate has a panoramic view of Guanabara Bay and the Arcos da Lapa, iconic carioca landscapes. The Riachuelo Theater met the challenge of both maintaining the legitimacy of the historical heritage and creating a modern structure with dimensions that would support all the state-of-the-art equipment required. Designed to accommodate the most diverse types of cultural and corporate events, it can seat 1,000 people. The commercial towers were designed with modern architecture, state-of-the-art technology and the necessary infrastructure to meet the requirements of large companies, standing out for their high standard of finish and their commitment to the environment.
