Iluminato was designed to ensure lightness, space and movement in a quiet, wooded, residential area. The facade has movable brises on the balcony of each unit that serve to reduce or block the incidence of light and sun. It also has the exclusive Wide Space, where the living room and balcony are fully integrated. Only 54 3- and 4-bedroom apartments, with 3 suites of up to 207 m2.

The first residential development in the South Zone to be developed through Design Thinking, a co-creation project designed to deliver a concept that can be transformative both for those who live in the development and for the neighborhood itself.
With a contemporary architectural design, its facade is made up of hanging gardens with plants native to Rio's flora and full-window windows, allowing more natural light to enter and enhancing the privileged view. It has more than 8,000 m² of leisure facilities with a complete infrastructure.
