Development Description

Modern architecture in the old center with the necessary infrastructure for large businesses.

A corporate development in a well-established area of Rio de Janeiro's old city center, the project was based on energy efficiency premises, as well as technology in the infrastructure and building materials. The façade is made of efficient glass to reduce air conditioning consumption, with marble details on the basement. The basement received a metal structure to accommodate the doubling of parking spaces. Stores of 270m² and corporate slabs of 300 to 718m².
Delivered in 2011.

Contemporary and disruptive architecture with privileged views and unbeatable leisure facilities in the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro.

The first residential development in the South Zone to be developed through Design Thinking, a co-creation project designed to deliver a concept that can be transformative both for those who live in the development and for the neighborhood itself.
With a contemporary architectural design, its facade is made up of hanging gardens with plants native to Rio's flora and full-window windows, allowing more natural light to enter and enhancing the privileged view. It has more than 8,000 m² of leisure facilities with a complete infrastructure. Up Gardens and panoramic apartments of 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms with up to 4 suites of up to 204.47 m² and duplex and linear penthouses of up to 339.79 m².
